“To see clear, t often needs a change of perspective only.”
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Supervision supports people in their developments, helps to better perceive and use one’s resources. Reflection processes are suggested, connections clearer and a chance of perspective will be possible. New interpretations and ideas can develop and expand the scopes.
Case supervision shall support therapists, counsellors, pastoral carers and pedagogic experts in their work especially with their clients. Everybody has his own, particular perception, his own focus and valuations. In supervision the hidden things can be discussed and approachable. In this way, supervisees get help and support in the method of their discussions and relationship with their clients. Further aspects of supervision can also be the development of your own service, collaboration with colleagues or other challenges in the professional field. As our main focus, we offer supervision in the field of trauma. Here it is often the point to enable a personal dealing with this challenging issue, the overcoming of blockades and an appropriate self-care.
Our aim is that the supervision is a place where you experience acceptance and appreciation, a safe place, where difficulties, uncertainties and mistakes may be focused. The important fact is your inner readiness to reflect and to expand your knowledge, so that positive learning experiences are possible.
